Join us for a fun evening of hockey!! The famous CFCW Critters will be taking on the newly formed Hometown Heroes, a team of Parkland County firefighters. All ticket sale proceeds will go to support the Stony Plain Kinsmen and the Spruce Grove Kinettes Christmas Hamper Program.

Who are the CFCW Critters?
The CFCW Critters Hockey team was established in the fall of 1993 and has continued to tour the province ever since. During this time the Critters have raised in excess of $1-Million Dollars. All monies raised from Critters hockey stay in each local community and have gone toward such worth while causes as; minor hockey, arena renovations, figure skating clubs, playschools and various other local charities.

The team is comprised of CFCW staff, friends of the station and of course our star player… The Critter! The Critters arrive in each town on the team bus; bringing entertainment, prizes and fun. 840 CFCW radio does not receive a fee of any kind for these events and simply looks forward to giving back to each community as much as they have given to CFCW over the past 62 years.
