Alicia Donnelly | President, OCTS With over 25 years of leadership experience in the energy industry, Alicia brings a wealth of knowledge in organizational strategy and operational excellence. She currently serves as the Chair of the Edmonton Chapter of Canadian Women in Energy (CWiE) and recently completed her Executive MBA at Ivey Business School. Alicia is deeply committed to advancing women in the energy sector through mentorship and professional development.

Becky Oxton | Co-Founder, Sunrise Estate Services Becky’s leadership journey began in law enforcement and transitioned into high-impact entrepreneurship. After 13 years as a Regional Traffic Safety Consultant for Alberta Transportation, she co-founded Sunrise Estate Services in 2015. Becky leads with a unique blend of strategic business acumen and compassion, focusing on resilience and service-oriented leadership.

Bronwyn Scrivens | Vice President, Industrial Services, JLL A highly respected expert in Alberta’s commercial real estate sector, Bronwyn has over 12 years of experience in industrial asset management. A Cornell University graduate, she has been recognized as one of the "Top 50 Most Influential Women in CRE" and holds prominent roles on the NAIOP Edmonton Board and as the SIOR Regional Director for Canada.

Tara Proskiw | CEO, Towneco Group of Companies Tara leads a portfolio of award-winning businesses in the luxury residential renovation and kitchen industry, including Towne & Countree Kitchens.
