As Senior Operations Manager – Alberta at Reggin Technical Services, I drive strategic growth across Calgary and Edmonton. With 32+ years of hands-on experience in plumbing, gasfitting, hydronics, system design, and distribution systems, I bring deep technical expertise and proven leadership.

Under my direction, Reggin has evolved from a paper-based operation into a technology-driven leader via cloud platforms, GPS fleet tracking, mobile tools, real-time dispatching, inventory systems, KPIs, and strong safety protocols — delivering major gains in efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

I am leading the launch of our new Edmonton satellite office, working closely with the Branch and Service Managers to build high-performing local operations. Core functions remain centralized in Calgary, strengthening our base while expanding across central and northern Alberta.
